Individual therapy, also called psychotherapy or individual counselling, is a collaborative, safe, and nonjudgemental relationship between you and a mental health professional. In our therapy sessions, we may work to solve current problems, promote helpful thinking and behaviour, and explore the root causes and core issues of current problems so that we may make lasting and meaningful changes in your life.
